⁦100 ؋⁩ for the first 5 km of the road route, then ⁦20 ؋⁩ for every further kilometre, rounded to ⁦5 ؋⁩. The app shows the price before you send a request, and it is the same rule for everyone.

A driver who accepts your price is on the way at once. A driver may instead ask for up to 30% more, in steps of ⁦5 ؋⁩. You see each offer with the driver, the car and the time to reach you, and you decide.

In cash, to the driver, when you arrive. The price you agreed is the price you pay.

When you get in, tell the driver the 4-digit code shown in your app. The driver needs it to start the trip, so you know you are in the right car. You can also start the trip yourself with “I'm in the car”.

During a ride, tap Share. Pick contacts who use Teksi, or send a link. They see your driver, the car, the plate and the car's position until the trip ends, but never the price or your PIN. You can stop sharing at any time.

In Teksi, open Rent, choose your city and dates, and pick a car. Some companies confirm at once; others answer your request in the app. You collect the car at the company's address and pay the company there.

Reserving a taxi up to 7 days ahead is coming soon. For now, request a ride when you need it.

Install Teksi1, choose “Drive with Teksi”, add your car and send your documents from the app. Once everything is in and your account is approved, you can go online.

Install Teksi1 and choose “Rent out cars”. Create your company page, add your cars with photos and prices, and set your terms. Your cars then appear in Rent in the Teksi app.

Tap Report on the trip screen during the ride, or on the screen at the end of it. Choose what happened and add details. Reports go straight to the Teksi team. In an emergency, call the police first.

Write to us as described under “Delete your account”. We delete it within 30 days.
